At PawNeedz, we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before requesting a return.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
Include original tags and packaging
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

PawNeedz is not responsible for items lost during return transit
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

with clear photos. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products
Hazardous materials or flammable goods
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day return period, regardless of reason.
Conditions still apply:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
